Terminating a connection

Requests for termination of a connection can only be made by already existing customers. Identification is mandatory, when making your request.

The required documents can be faxed to : 869-7135.

  • Guarantee deposit receipt

    By making use of the form printed below, you give notice to CurGas N.V. that you wish to terminate the 100 lbs or bulkgas user’s/consumer’s contract.

    The guarantee deposit can be refunded one day after the cylinders have been collected and upon production of the guarantee deposit receipt issued at the time the contract was signed. There will be no refund if the guarantee deposit cannot be submitted. Any outstanding account will be deducted from the amount of the guarantee deposit. CurGas can refund the guarantee deposit into your bank account. You may indicate your choice by ticking the appropriate box below.
